This large JD Wetherspoons/Lloyd’s chain bar is very popular with young people keen to consume as much cheap alcohol as possible. Very busy and slightly larey at the weekend. The décor is cold and charmless and is a classic example of a pre-packed pub. Opens at 9am and is often surprisingly busy at that time. A popular stop-off point for people going on to the Chameleon nightclub. Offers extremely cheap food and beer.
