An excellent choice if you find yourself in the charming town of Sancerre in the Loire Valley. Slightly formal yet elegant dιcor in the ground floor dining room. The service is impeccable and the menu is varied and interesting. This is not somewhere you would drop into for a quick bite. If you go for the tasting menu course after course, interspersed with the ubiquitous amuse bouches, will tantalise your taste buds. This fine dining experience is the prefect end to a day spent visiting the endless wine-tasting caves for miles around. A good choice for a sumptuous drawn out meal accompanied by a fine selection of locally-produced wines. Price matches the quality.
