This place has benefited enormously from a revamp and now offers a spacious, comfortable and well lit venue which attracts a mixed and friendly crowd. Chavs are blissfully few and far between - youll be more likely to rub shoulders with a student or someone who is too old to be in a rock band, but still is. Live music events are alternative but fun and the drinks are good. Also offers a decent pub grub menu with some interesting alternatives for a snack. Comfortable seating and boothed areas add to this bars appeal. Funky and friendly - worth a visit.
