An excellent Indian restaurant located right in the heart of Wokingham town centre. The food is of a consistently high standard and the staff are always extremely helpful and willing to oblige. The place is always busy which, given the number of Indian restaurants in the town, is a sure sign that it is hitting the spot among Wokingham's Indian lovers. They also have a good policy of not letting large groups of drunks in which ensures a good, mixed clientelle whenever you visit. A very well run establishment.

"This one of the best Indian restaurants round if u ask me. There is a great selection of food to choose from and it won't cost you a lot. There is a Kids menu as well so if they don't like Indian they could have something different."

"I've always liked this place and thought the food was good, but had a bit of a mixed experience the other night. Our meal took ages to arrive and the waiters were a bit keen in topping up our wine, giving us the impression they were really trying to maximise their profit while keeping us waiting. When the food did arrive we were underwhelmed, and it felt like we were eating a takeaway that had been reheated. Maybe they were having an off night - let's hope so as is usually one of the best Indians in town."

"I really like the Balti. They cram you in but it gives the place a really intimate atmosphere. The food is always good and the waiters are very friendly and always willing to oblige. Highly recommended."
