Although a tourist trap, The Angel is still a pleasant way to spend a summers afternoon/evening watching the world go by on the river Thames, if you can get a seat that is. The pub gets extremely crowded and getting served can be a nightmare at busy times, but the location makes up for it. Serves the usual beers and pub food. Friendly, if understandably harassed staff.
