This pub/bar has benefited enormously from a refurbishment and has seen its clientele change for the better. It still feels a little cramped, but there is definitely more space since the pool table went. Comfortable seats, friendly staff and a vaguely wine bar-ish feel makes this a pleasant venue for an early evening drink. Can be shoulder to shoulder when sport is shown.
