A friendly traditional pub hidden away at the end of residential road and overlooking fields. The Wheelwright Arms has a decent sized bar area, with a small restaurant at the back, and offers a good range of lagers, real ales and wines. The staff are pleasant and there’s generally a good mix of people (mainly older) inside. Great for a summer’s day pint as there’s plenty of outdoor seating. Food is fairly standard nouveau pub grub. Definitely one to recommend if you’re in the area.

"Have been going to this pub for years. It's a beautiful old building, the staff are welcoming with a sense of humour & the pub quiz on Monday is excellent. Beers are good,but the lager is usually a bit warm. Food is precarious as chefs change but I love going there after a walk around Dinton Pastures & may not leave till closing time."
